What do your packages include?
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
All I need from you is a 30% deposit and a signed contract, and you are officially booked! I am able to make a payment plan customized for your individual needs. However, full payment is due seven days before your wedding!
CAN WE SEE OR RECEIVE THE UNEDITED IMAGES?
Heck no! I never release any unedited photos, ever! that's because I trash the double chins, the one-eyed blinks, and everything in between. I promise to give you every photo I think you’ll want. I won’t hold back any images from you, so you won’t need to purchase more. If you think I’ve missed a photo, feel free to ask! I’ll go back and make sure I didn’t make any mistakes. (which totally happens sometimes)
I will send you an email with the link to your online gallery where you can view, download, share on social media, and even order prints from! Your full gallery will be delivered to you between 3-6 weeks after your wedding day! But I love to post sneak peeks of some of my favorite moments, so you'll get a little taste of what's to come!
HOW / WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
I hate giving a cap on images. I will literally give you all the good ones, plus some cool black and white doubles!
For a wedding, I will deliver a minimum of 400 images. But I say that just to be safe. It always ends up being more!
SHOULD WE DO A FIRST LOOK?
If you choose to do a first look, not only do you get to spend that first moment alone, but we get more time to take photos of JUST the two of you! It also allows for us to take all your bridal party AND family portraits ahead of time! No more scrambling and rushing after your ceremony. However, if you choose not to, we will make sure to allot plenty of time after your ceremony for these things!
DO WE GIVE YOU A SHOT LIST?
The only thing I need from you is a detailed list of family member shots that you want! We don't want to miss Uncle Bob or third cousin Billy! Otherwise, I do a very thorough job of getting every single detail, including different poses, dress + shoes, ring shots, flowers, etc.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET TOO SICK OR INJURED TO SHOOT OUR WEDDING?
In this worst-case scenario... I have a wonderful community of photographers here who are more than willing to fill in for me. In this case, I would still edit all of you photos to match my unique style!
Can you photoshop us?
I believe in promoting self-love and healthy body image, and so I don’t alter your body in anyway, other than the normal blemish or temporary scrape/bruise that otherwise wouldn’t normally be there. If you are self conscious of something, please let me know prior to your shoot, so that I can be mindful while posing you. The only thing that I will change from your image is unnecessary clutter or people in the background if I can’t do that at your shoot!
How come professional photography costs so much?
There is a WHOLE lot that goes into the reasoning behind my pricing, so I won’t bore you with the details. Ultimately, you are paying for my time of investment that I make into your individual day including consultations, emails, phone calls, pre-wedding prep and timeline planning, meet-ups, wedding day coverage, editing, professional, updated, and top of the line gear and equipment, talent, expertise, and experience of photographer… just to name a few. All this to say, I’m VERY invested in my job and in making sure you can forevermore relive your wedding day with you boo.
